No Trepass Sign Program

In August 2003, OTRCC initiated the ‘No Trespass Sign” program to assist residents, property owners, businesses and the police to rid our neighborhoods of unwanted non-residents who are trespassing selling drugs and purchasing drugs, vandalizing property, committing robbery and engaging in prostitution. There are now 400 properties participating.
