The OTR Chamber’s Drug Elimination Detail is an innovative collaborative program supported. by city and county funds. The program funds an off-duty police officer detail to focus on the elimination of drugs and guns. The successful arrest and convictions, earns this program continued financial support and recognition. OTR Chamber has taken on the issue of neighborhood safety because businesses need and deserve a safe environment for their families, employees and clients.
